More Guns Stolen At Canadian Tire

Windsor police are searching for a man who broke into a Canadian Tire store through the roof skylight and stole some long guns.

Officers were called to the west end location on Tecumseh Rd. W Thursday at 7:30am, but the actual break-in happened at around 4:45am.

Someone at the store noticed a firearm cabinet was damaged and an unknown number of long guns were missing. Staff are still doing inventory to see exactly how many were taken.

The suspect is described as a white male with a slender build, wearing light coloured jeans and a grey hoody.

Windsor police aren't saying if the suspect in this theft is linked to a south Windsor Canadian Tire break-in on June 15, where guns were also stolen

Anyone with information is asked to call police or Crime Stoppers.
