OPP Looking To Identify Purse Thief

Police in Kingsville are looking for a woman, suspected of stealing an elderly woman's purse from her grocery cart at the FreshCo on Main St.

Officers say the suspected woman waited until her victim was looking into a cooler before walking by and snatching the purse, back on June 29 around 11am.

OPP are now looking for a white woman, between 40 and 50-years-old, who was wearing a pink and black striped baseball cap at the time, with her blonde hair in a ponytail. She was also wearing a long, loose black shirt with black leggings and sandals, and was seen getting into a mid-2000-range two-door Pontiac G5 or G6 with five-star rims.

Anyone with information is asked to call Kingsville OPP or Crime Stoppers.
