Police Investigate Home Invasion

Windsor police are looking for three suspects involved in a knifepoint home invasion.

Police say three men forced their way into a home on University Ave. after knocking on the door just after midnight.

The 67-year-old victim says one of the suspects held a knife to his throat and demanded money.

The suspects left the residence with a small quantity of cash.

The suspects are described as:

1) Male, white, light complexion, blue eyes, short blonde hair, mid-twenties, 5'10 and skinny build. Last seen wearing a short sleeve, light coloured grey button up shirt, light coloured jeans, sandals.

2) Male, white, tanned skin, short, skinny build, 45 years old.

3) Male, white, tanned skin, short, skinny build, 45 years old.

Anyone with information is asked to call Windsor police or Crime Stoppers.

Two men arrested in Tashmoo Ave. standoff

Sarnia police said the investigation began on May 29 after the victim was allegedly attacked by acquaintances at a residence near Tashmoo Avenue and Christopher Drive at Aamjiwnaang First Nation.
