UPDATE: Police Search For Vehicle In Hit And Run

Police in Amherstburg continue to investigate a motorcycle crash that has left one person in critical condition.

Now investigators are looking for a Silver 2000 or 2012 Saab 9-3 or 9-5 that may have been involved in the crash. There may be damage to the driver-side mirror or window.

Police say the driver failed to remain at the scene.

It happened Friday around 9:15pm, on Howard Ave. between Alma St. and County Rd. 18.

The motorcycle was forced off the road and the passenger, a 27-year-old woman, was critically injured. The 26-year-old male driver suffered minor injuries.

Two men arrested in Tashmoo Ave. standoff

Sarnia police said the investigation began on May 29 after the victim was allegedly attacked by acquaintances at a residence near Tashmoo Avenue and Christopher Drive at Aamjiwnaang First Nation.
