Searching For Sexual Assault Suspect (VIDEO)

The Windsor Police Service is looking for a man after a sexual assault on Tecumseh Rd. E near Howard Ave.

Police officials say a young teen was walking west on the sidewalk around 9:45pm, Monday night, when she was passed by a man on a bicycle, several times.

The last time the man passed her, police say he touched her inappropriately from behind before stopping in a nearby parking lot and calling to her while performing an indecent act.

That's when the victim ran into a business and called police.

The suspect is described as a white man, between 20 and 30 years old with a skinny build, short strawberry blond hair and freckles. He was last seen wearing white pants or shorts, a dark shirt and was carrying a black backpack while riding a black bike.
