LaSalle Woman Wins $100,000

A LaSalle woman is $100,000 richer thanks to a Lotto Max ENCORE win.

Jacqueline Griffiths matched six of the seven winning numbers on her ENCORE selection.

While picking up her winnings in Toronto at the OLG prize centre Griffiths said she already has big plans for her windfall.

"I want to pay off some bills. I also plan to put half of my winnings towards a home for me and my son. And I also want a pick-up truck. I’m now in the process of becoming a police officer. It’s my dream job because I will be able to help people and help the community I live in,” said Griffiths .

The winning ticket was purchased at Dylan's Mini Mart on Simcoe St. in Amherstburg.
