Police Search For Assault Suspect

The Windsor Police Service is looking to identify a man involved in an assault in a parking lot along Wyandotte St. W.

Police say it happened around 2:30am last Thursday, just west of Crawford Ave.

Police believe 28-year-old victim was walking through the lot, he got into an argument with the suspect and was attacked shortly after.

The man suffered a serious, but not life threatening, head injury.

Officers are asking anyone with information on the incident or the identity of the suspect to call them or Crime Stoppers.

Two men arrested in Tashmoo Ave. standoff

Sarnia police said the investigation began on May 29 after the victim was allegedly attacked by acquaintances at a residence near Tashmoo Avenue and Christopher Drive at Aamjiwnaang First Nation.
