Tecumseh Extends Deadline For Survey On Ward Review

If you haven't completed the Town of Tecumseh's online survey on its ward boundary and council structure review, you have a little more time.

The town has extended the deadline to November 30.

The review is considering the size of Tecumseh's town council, how councillors are elected, and the shape and number of wards. It is also looking at ranked ballot voting and alternative voting methods, some of which are already in use.

There were public meetings on the review in October.

A final report on the review is expected before Tecumseh Town Council in December.
