Family Hires Law Firm After Fatal Amherstburg Crash

The family of a 30-year-old man who was struck and killed by a car in Amherstburg last week has hired Greg Monforton and Partners.

Monforton says Adam Pouget's wife, Ashley Dupuis, is looking for answers following the crash back on November 17.

Pouget was walking to work that morning along County Rd. 18 when a car travelling in the eastbound lane went to pass another eastbound vehicle and struck him. It was very foggy at the time.

He is survived by Dupuis and their four children who range in age from 8-weeks-old to 10 years.

Monforton says his law firm wants to hear from anyone who may have witnessed the crashed.

Amherstburg police continue their investigation into the fatality as well.
