CP Holiday Train Arrives Wednesday Night

If you are looking for something with a holiday theme to do with the kids after school today, the CP Holiday Train is coming to Windsor.

It is scheduled to arrive at the CP train yard on Erie St. W and Janette Ave. at 4:30pm Wednesday. The show, featuring Kelly Prescott and Doc Walker starts at 5:30pm and should end around 6pm.

The train arrives and pulls up to a stop in front of the crowd. The stage door lowers, and the band opens with the first song. Music is a mix of traditional and modern holiday-themed songs. CP asks those going to remain a safe distance from the train because once the show is over, the train pulls away and travels on to its next destination.

There's also a presentation with local food bank officials and other local dignitaries.
