House Fire In Kingsville

Fire officials in Kingsville believe an electrical problem involving a Christmas tree caused a house fire early Wednesday morning.

Fire crews responded to the blaze in the 200-block of Main St. between William Ave. and Santos Dr. Fire officials reported incident just after 2:30am.

Nobody was hurt but the fire caused between $75,000 and $100,000 in damages.

Two men arrested in Tashmoo Ave. standoff

Sarnia police said the investigation began on May 29 after the victim was allegedly attacked by acquaintances at a residence near Tashmoo Avenue and Christopher Drive at Aamjiwnaang First Nation.
