House Fire In Windsor

An early morning fire on Windsor Ave. Tuesday morning caused $125,000 in damages.

The Windsor Fire Service believes the fire was accidental and it appears to have started under the kitchen floor.

No injuries were reported.

The fire broke out just before 5am and it took firefighters about an hour to extinguish the blaze.

Two men arrested in Tashmoo Ave. standoff

Sarnia police said the investigation began on May 29 after the victim was allegedly attacked by acquaintances at a residence near Tashmoo Avenue and Christopher Drive at Aamjiwnaang First Nation.
