The Windsor Fire and Rescue Service reported the blaze at 1564 Hickory Rd. on Thursday around 10:30pm. The fire reportedly started in an upper unit of the home.
One resident was rescued from the fire and taken to hospital with unknown injuries.
The cause of the blaze and a damage estimate are unknown at this time.
Fire officials say an investigator will be attending the scene.
