Police Search For Owner Of Missing Envelope Of Cash

Windsor police hope the owner of an envelope full of cash will come forward.

Back on December 22, a good Samaritan found the envelope in the parking lot of the Chapters at Devonshire Mall. They took it home and called the police, who have it now.

Police have been trying to locate the owner, but haven't had any luck so far. No one has reported the envelope missing.

If you lost a good amount of cash in an envelope, police want to hear from you. They suggest calling the Criminal Investigations Division at 519-255-6700 ext. 4305.

The owner will have to identify the envelope and the amount of cash inside.
