Express Overpower Titans 114-108

The Windsor Express scored a 114-108 victory on the road against the Kitchener Waterloo Titans Tuesday night.

The Express held a one point lead at the end of the first quarter, but the Titans pull in front to make it 59-56 at halftime. The back-and-forth match saw both teams score over ten point leads during the game. Windsor took a 82-78 advantage in the third and the Titans were able to bring the game within four points in the fourth. However, Windsor held on to win it by six points.

The win marks Windsor's first victory on the road this season.

Quinnel Brown led the Express with 27 points, nine rebounds and six assists. Warren Ward had 20 points, while Wally Ellenson and Brandan Kearney both put up 16.

The Express will return home on Friday to take on the Titans again at 7pm.

Sarnia police said the investigation began on May 29 after the victim was allegedly attacked by acquaintances at a residence near Tashmoo Avenue and Christopher Drive at Aamjiwnaang First Nation.
