Brown Lifts Spitfires To 4-0 Win Over 67's

Logan Brown led the Windsor Spitfires to a 4-0 shutout victory over the Ottawa 67's in OHL action on Thursday.

Brown scored his first goal of the night 3:54 into the first period, and added another goal for Windsor less than three minutes later. Brown completed a hat-trick with another goal 29 seconds into the second frame, and Jeremiah Addison scored for the Spitfires early in the third to cap off their win.

Michael DiPietro made 31 saves to keep Ottawa scoreless throughout the game.

The Spitfires are on home ice again on Saturday to face off against the Niagara IceDogs. The puck drops at 7:05pm.

Sarnia police said the investigation began on May 29 after the victim was allegedly attacked by acquaintances at a residence near Tashmoo Avenue and Christopher Drive at Aamjiwnaang First Nation.
