Express Fall 88-86 To Titans

The Windsor Express dropped a 88-86 decision to the Kitchener Waterloo Titans on Friday in their fourth straight loss.

The Express scored a 22-16 lead in the first quarter and remained ahead of the Titans 42-37 at halftime. Windsor jumped ahead even further in the third frame by taking a 12 point lead, however, the Titans rallied in the final quarter to tie things up 86-86 with nine seconds left on the clock. One final basket put the Titans in the lead for the win.

Wally Ellenson scored a game-high of 20 points for Windsor.  Quinnel Brown also had 19 points and 12 rebounds, while Warren Ward had 17 points and eight rebounds.

The Express will take on the Orangeville A's next on Wednesday. Tip off is at 7pm at the WFCU Centre.

Sarnia police said the investigation began on May 29 after the victim was allegedly attacked by acquaintances at a residence near Tashmoo Avenue and Christopher Drive at Aamjiwnaang First Nation.
