Mobile Home Fire Ruled Accidental

One person is displaced following a fire at a mobile home in Windsor.

The Windsor Fire and Rescue Service reported the fire at 35 Barracuda Ave. on Thursday around 4:13pm.

Everyone was able to make it out of the mobile home safely and no injuries were reported.

Damage is estimated at around $40,000.

A fire investigator has attended the scene and the blaze has been ruled accidental. The cause of the fire is unknown at this time.

Sarnia police said the investigation began on May 29 after the victim was allegedly attacked by acquaintances at a residence near Tashmoo Avenue and Christopher Drive at Aamjiwnaang First Nation.
