UPDATE: Fire On Bruce Ave. Displaces One

Windsor fire officials say a faulty space heater is to blame for a second fire at a house on Bruce Ave.

On Friday, flames erupted in a first-floor apartment causing $45,000 in damages.

Early Monday morning, a second fire started in a second-floor apartment at 338 Bruce.  Fire officials say it was accidental and caused $25,000 in damages.

One person has been displaced.

New military crosswalk in Sarnia to be unveiled

Two men arrested in Tashmoo Ave. standoff

Sarnia police said the investigation began on May 29 after the victim was allegedly attacked by acquaintances at a residence near Tashmoo Avenue and Christopher Drive at Aamjiwnaang First Nation.
