Search Continues For Walker Rd. Robbers

Two people are wanted after a convenience store robbery on Walker Rd. at Ledyard Ave. in Windsor.

The Windsor Police Service says a man and woman entered the store with their faces covered by clothing around 8:30pm, last Friday.

The woman stood at the side of the counter and demanded cash before the man pulled the cash register from the counter and they both took off running.

The man is described as white, about 6' 4'' tall, with a medium build, wearing black glasses, a grey hoodie, a red jacket, black jeans and a black ski mask.

The woman is also white, about 5' 5'' tall, slim, and was wearing a blue jacket with a hood, a blue baseball hat, a black ski mask, black pants and black shoes.

Anyone with information regarding this incident is asked to contact police or Crime Stoppers.

Two men arrested in Tashmoo Ave. standoff

Sarnia police said the investigation began on May 29 after the victim was allegedly attacked by acquaintances at a residence near Tashmoo Avenue and Christopher Drive at Aamjiwnaang First Nation.
