UPDATE: Police No Longer Looking For Amanda Cowan

Police say they are no longer looking for a woman who was reported missing after she left a Windsor hospital.

The Windsor Police Service says Amanda Cowan was last seen leaving a local hospital prior to receiving treatment.

At the time, police were concerned for Cowan's safety, but doctors at the hospital say she is no longer at risk.

Sarnia police said the investigation began on May 29 after the victim was allegedly attacked by acquaintances at a residence near Tashmoo Avenue and Christopher Drive at Aamjiwnaang First Nation.
