Transit Windsor Hits Bump

Transit Windsor's Intelligent Transportation System has hit a small snag.

A city report indicates the project has experienced a slight delay along with some increased costs.

Most of the increased costs are for new or upgraded equipment.

The delay is being blamed on re-wiring an old fleet and installing new bus stops.

The new completion date is now the end of March.
