A taxi driver in Kingsville is facing impaired driving charges.
On Tuesday around 11:30am, the OPP were contacted after a woman taking a ride with a AQUA TAXI in Leamington reported she believed her taxi driver was intoxicated.
Officers stopped the blue Dodge on Sherk St. near Oak St. The driver exhibited signs of impairment and was arrested.
A 63-year-old Kingsville man has been charged with impaired operation of a motor vehicle and exceeding the blood alcohol limit. His driver's license has been suspended and the vehicle was impounded.
