Forum Next Week Discusses Class Size, Standardized Testing & More

A community town hall is being held next week to build better public schools.

The meeting will discuss class size, standardized testing, support for students with special needs and other issues.

The town hall is called 'Ask A Teacher' and welcomes parents, school and parent council members, community groups and others to share their ideas on how to build better public schools.

The town hall is organized by the Greater Essex Elementary Teachers’ Federation and will be held April 12th at 6:30pm at the Ciociaro Club.

New military crosswalk in Sarnia to be unveiled

Two men arrested in Tashmoo Ave. standoff

Sarnia police said the investigation began on May 29 after the victim was allegedly attacked by acquaintances at a residence near Tashmoo Avenue and Christopher Drive at Aamjiwnaang First Nation.
