UPDATE: Apartment Fire Causes $75K In Damages

Windsor fire officials say faulty electrical components are to blame for a fire at an apartment building Saturday night.

Reports of a fire at 380 Pelissier St. was tweeted out around 6pm.

Fire officials say the fire started in the electrical vault on the seventh floor.

No injuries were reported and no one was displaced.

Damage is pegged at $75,000.

Two men arrested in Tashmoo Ave. standoff

Sarnia police said the investigation began on May 29 after the victim was allegedly attacked by acquaintances at a residence near Tashmoo Avenue and Christopher Drive at Aamjiwnaang First Nation.
