Police Investigate Dog Attack

LaSalle Police Services are looking into a vicious dog attack that happened near Carnegie Ave. and Olcott Ave.

Police say the incident happened on April 13 around 7pm.

A small dog was reportedly attacked by a black and white husky. The small dog suffered severe injuries and is now recovering after having extensive surgery.

Police say that the owner of the husky has been identified but the name has not been released.  The investigation is ongoing.

Sarnia police said the investigation began on May 29 after the victim was allegedly attacked by acquaintances at a residence near Tashmoo Avenue and Christopher Drive at Aamjiwnaang First Nation.
