Officers say a woman saw her vehicle being broken into around 12:20pm Wednesday and tried to intervene, but the suspect got away.
The vehicle's license plate reads BWKW662.
The suspect is being described as a black man in his 20s, standing about 6'0'' with short dreadlocks. Police say he was wearing a white t-shirt and gray jogging pants at the time.
