Downtown Ball Hockey Tournament

The Downtown Windsor BIA is celebrating the Memorial Cup with an adult ball hockey tournament.

Two rinks will be created on Chatham St for an 18+ three on three tournament on May 20, 2017. The rinks will host 12 teams (each team can have a max of 6 players) and each team is guaranteed two games.

"The CHL has given the Downtown Business Assocaition the right to call our hockey ball tournament the Memorial Cup Ball HockeyTournament," says Larry Horwitz with the DWBIA. "This is very exciting for downtown Windsor."

The cost to enter the tournament is $250 and includes a burger and beverage for each participant. All proceeds from the event go to the Downtown Mission.

The main prize of the tournament is 6 tickets to the final game of the 2017 MasterCard Memorial Cup at the WFCU Centre on Sunday May 28, 2017.
