The crash happened just after 8am near Dougall Ave.
Windsor police shut down the eastbound lanes at Dominion Blvd. for about 90 minutes while crews cleaned up the scene.
No one was injured, but police are still investigating the cause of the collision.
People in southern Huron and Lambton counties are being told to limit their time outside.
