UPDATE: Three Arrested In LCBO Theft

The Windsor Police Service has charged a man and two women a theft at the LCBO outlet at the Roundhouse Centre on Howard Ave.

Police say around 8pm on Tuesday, two women left the store with bottles of alcohol that had not been paid for. They were last seen getting into an older model brown Intrepid which was being driven by a man.

About 20 minutes later, officers patrolling on the east side of Windsor spotted the vehicle on Aubin Rd. near Seminole St., and called in another unit.

The getaway vehicle, which is believed to have been stolen, was boxed in and three suspects were taken into custody.

Two 27-year-old women and a 30-year-old man are facing charges of face theft and possession of stolen property over $5,000.  The man and one of the women were also wanted on outstanding arrest warrants.

Two men arrested in Tashmoo Ave. standoff

Sarnia police said the investigation began on May 29 after the victim was allegedly attacked by acquaintances at a residence near Tashmoo Avenue and Christopher Drive at Aamjiwnaang First Nation.
