Man Arrested After OPP Swarms Neighbourhood In Leamington

A disturbance in Leamington Friday morning had a neighbourhood on high alert.

The OPP arrested a Leamington man but are still looking for another man.

Officers responded to a disturbance in progress in the 100-block of Talbot St. E just before 7am.

Two other men were arrested but released from police custody.

Criminal charges are pending against the Leamington man.

The investigation is ongoing and anyone with information is asked to call Leamington OPP or Crime Stoppers.

Two men arrested in Tashmoo Ave. standoff

Sarnia police said the investigation began on May 29 after the victim was allegedly attacked by acquaintances at a residence near Tashmoo Avenue and Christopher Drive at Aamjiwnaang First Nation.
