Suspicious Man Lurking Near Roseville Public School

Parents in the area of Roseville Public School are being warned about a suspicious man.

Windsor police say a student reported that she was approached by an unknown man on her way to school around 1pm on Monday.

Authorities say the man tried to talk to the girl, but she ignored him and went to school on Rose-Ville Garden Dr. just east of Jefferson. Investigators believe they have been able to identify the man and the investigation continues.

The man is described as white, in his mid 20s, wearing all black clothing and ripped jeans. He also has arm tattoos.

The Windsor Police Service would like to remind students not to talk to strangers and to always be aware of their surroundings. They would also like to remind parents to talk to their kids about personal safety.
