Armed Pharmacy Robbery In West Windsor

The Windsor Police Service's Major Crimes Branch is investigating a knife-point robbery at a pharmacy on Huron Church Rd.

Police say two men, armed with knives and covering their faces with respirator-style masks, walked into the Rexall Drug Store near Totten St. around 8:50pm Monday and demanded narcotics.  The men took off running eastbound after they got what they had asked for.

Police say no one was injured in the incident.

Both suspects are described as white men in their early 20's, standing close to 6'0'' tall, and thin.

One was wearing a red or burgundy hooded sweatshirt, white gloves, and a grey and black mask, while carrying a 10 inch machete-style knife.

The other suspect was wearing a grey hoodie with a similar mask and was carrying a small, black-handled, hunting-style knife at the time of the robbery.

Two men arrested in Tashmoo Ave. standoff

Sarnia police said the investigation began on May 29 after the victim was allegedly attacked by acquaintances at a residence near Tashmoo Avenue and Christopher Drive at Aamjiwnaang First Nation.
