The winning Lotto 6/49 ticket dates back to the May 25, 2016 Guaranteed Prize Draw.
The numbers featured on the winning ticket are 4 – 3 – 3 – 3 – 8 – 9 – 9 – 6 – 01.
Anyone who has or finds this ticket, is being asked to fill in the back portion, sign it and contact the OLG Prize Centre in Toronto before 6pm, May 25, 2017.
