Police Investigating Knifepoint Robbery

Police are looking for a suspect after a Windsor pharmacy was held up at knifepoint.

The Windsor Police Service says on Friday around 9:45pm, a man with a knife entered the Rexall Drug Store at 1215 Ouellette Ave., approached the pharmacy area and demanded prescription drugs.  The man fled with an unknown quantity of drugs.

No one was injured during the robbery.

The suspect is described as a white male in his mid-20s,  5'8"-5'10", scruffy, with light black facial hair. He was last seen wearing a yellow construction vest, a green construction hat, gray pants, and white running shoes.

Two men arrested in Tashmoo Ave. standoff

Sarnia police said the investigation began on May 29 after the victim was allegedly attacked by acquaintances at a residence near Tashmoo Avenue and Christopher Drive at Aamjiwnaang First Nation.
