Parking restrictions could be coming to a road in east Tecumseh.
The town is considering no parking on the east side of Pentilly Road from Riverside Dr to Beach Grove Dr.
Concerns have been raised about pedestrian safety, on-coming traffic and sight lines because of the parked vehicles.
The town says residents have enough parking in their garages and driveways.
Mayor Gary McNamara says cars are being parked on the boulevard and sidewalks and he wants more enforcement and ticketing, if necessary.
Town staff are gathering more information and a decision should be made at the next council meeting.
Parking on the west side of Pentilly will be closely monitored.
