Suspect Sought In Pharmacy Robbery

Police are looking for a suspect following a pharmacy robbery in Windsor.

The Windsor Police Service says on September 1 shortly before 2pm, a man entered the pharmacy on Grand Marais Rd. near Dominion Blvd. and threatened the employees, saying he had a weapon.  No weapon was seen but the man was able to make off with a quantity of narcotics.

He was seen getting into a the passenger seat of a small black car, which was last seen heading west on Grand Marais Rd.

No one was injured during the robbery.

The suspect is described as a white male, 50 years old, 5'4" to 5'5" tall, 130-140 lbs, with blonde shoulder length hair.  He was last seen wearing a dark baseball hat, sunglasses, baggy clothing, beige coat with light blue shirt underneath and dark pants.  His face was also covered with clothing during the robbery.

Two men arrested in Tashmoo Ave. standoff

Sarnia police said the investigation began on May 29 after the victim was allegedly attacked by acquaintances at a residence near Tashmoo Avenue and Christopher Drive at Aamjiwnaang First Nation.
