Donald and Phoenix Breedon (Provided by Windsor Police)Windsor police say Donald and Phoenix Breedon have been found safe.
They were looking for the father and 8-month-old daughter in a possible case of parental abduction Thursday morning.
Police say they they were missing since 10pm Wednesday. Police notified media they were found at 10:20am.
Police continue to investigate.
