Suspects Sought In Pharmacy Robbery

Police are looking for two suspects after a robbery at a Windsor pharmacy.

The Windsor Police Service says on Thursday shortly before 9:20pm, a man and a woman entered Rexall at 3840 Howard Ave., approached the pharmacy and demanded prescription drugs from an employee.

Both suspects then fled the store with a quantity of drugs, and were last seen heading north on Howard Ave. in a white SUV.

No one was injured during the robbery.

One of the suspects is described as a white male, 40 to 50 years old, with a thin build, and light coloured hair.  He was seen wearing a black baseball cap, dark sunglasses, a black bandana with white designs covering his face, a brown/beige jacket, dark pants and black shoes.

The other suspect is described as a white female in her 30s, 5'8" tall, with dark shoulder length hair, and a thin build. She was last seen wearing a dark baseball cap and a black bandana.

Sarnia police said the investigation began on May 29 after the victim was allegedly attacked by acquaintances at a residence near Tashmoo Avenue and Christopher Drive at Aamjiwnaang First Nation.
