Police Looking To Identify Fraud Suspect

Windsor police are looking to identify a man accused of using a stolen credit card taken from an unlocked car.

A resident reported the theft of his wallet from an unlocked car on Dougall Ave. near Liberty St. on Friday September 1, 2017.

A credit card from the wallet used used at several locations.

Police are looking to identify the suspect from surveillance video.

They are also reminding people to lock their vehicles and never leave valuables in plain sight.
