Winter Coats. BlackburnNews.com file photo. The Unemployed Help Centre is once again collecting new and gently used coats for kids and adults in the community.
Coats will be collected at local dry cleaners in the city and county from now until October 31, 2017.
The centre is looking to collect over 6000 coats this year. They say there is always a shortage of boys and girls coats sizes 9/10, 11/12 and 13/14.
Coats will be distributed from November 4- November 10 at locations throughout Windsor and Essex County.
