Man Charged In Meth Bust

Over $1,500 worth of methamphetamine is off the streets in Windsor after another Windsor police drugs and guns investigation.

Police arrested and charged a 34-year-old man from Windsor after searching a home on Erskine St.

The search warrant was carried out on Wednesday. Police say they found 15.7 g of suspected methamphetamine, $585 Canadian, three cell phones, digital scales, and double bladed knife.

The suspect is facing charges of trafficking and possession for the purpose of trafficking.

Sarnia police said the investigation began on May 29 after the victim was allegedly attacked by acquaintances at a residence near Tashmoo Avenue and Christopher Drive at Aamjiwnaang First Nation.
