Windsor Police Release Video From Overnight Robbery

Windsor police are investigating an overnight robbery at a Tim Hortons in east Windsor.

Police were called to the restaurant on Lauzon Rd. near McHugh around 2:40am Thursday.

An employee reported a man came in and ordered a drink. When the cash register was opened the man demanded the money. The employee complied and the man took off.

The suspect was last seen walking south on Lauzon Rd. He's described as a white male, around 40 years old, and about 6'0" tall with a thin build. At the time of the robbery he was wearing eye glasses, blue jeans, a light pull-over sweater, and a multi-coloured purple and yellow baseball cap.

Two men arrested in Tashmoo Ave. standoff

Sarnia police said the investigation began on May 29 after the victim was allegedly attacked by acquaintances at a residence near Tashmoo Avenue and Christopher Drive at Aamjiwnaang First Nation.
