Two Facing Drug Trafficking Charges

Two men are facing drug trafficking charges after a quick investigation by Windsor police.

Police received information about a man dealing drugs on Tuesday, October 3. Police arrested a suspect on Thursday on Walker Rd. near Richmond St.

Police then identified a second suspect who they believed was working with the man they just arrested. The second suspect was arrested a short time later at Walker Rd. and Riverside Dr. after police stopped the vehicle he was driving.

During the investigation, police seized 25 hydrocodone pills, a cell phone, and $1,230.

Both individuals are facing charges of possession with the purpose of trafficking.

Sarnia police said the investigation began on May 29 after the victim was allegedly attacked by acquaintances at a residence near Tashmoo Avenue and Christopher Drive at Aamjiwnaang First Nation.
