LaSalle Police Looking For Robbery Suspect

LaSalle police are looking for a suspect in connection with a convenience store robbery early Thursday morning.

A man robbed the Mac's Convenience store on Sandwich West Pkwy., across from the Windsor Crossing Outlet Mall around 4:30am.

Police say the man left the store, heading in an unknown direction. They are urging nearby residents to check their own surveillance cameras to see if the suspect walked by their home.

The suspect is described as a white male, in his mid-20s, around 5'9" with a thin build. At the time of the incident he was wearing a black hoodie, a light grey/blue Henley shirt, full black mask, clear safety style glasses, black gloves, dark track pants, and black Under Armour runners with white trim on the soles.

Sarnia police said the investigation began on May 29 after the victim was allegedly attacked by acquaintances at a residence near Tashmoo Avenue and Christopher Drive at Aamjiwnaang First Nation.
