Concerned Citizen Helps Stabbing Victim

Windsor police are looking for multiple suspects after a stabbing in downtown Windsor Tuesday night.

They say around 9:30pm, a 45-year-old man was stabbed during an altercation with a group of people. According to the victim, he was walking down the street near Chatham and Karl Pl. when he was approached and assaulted.

A concerned citizen confronted the group and they took off. The victim was taken to hospital with minor injuries.

Sarnia police said the investigation began on May 29 after the victim was allegedly attacked by acquaintances at a residence near Tashmoo Avenue and Christopher Drive at Aamjiwnaang First Nation.
