Charges Laid After Rollover Crash

A LaSalle man is facing impaired driving charges after a two-vehicle rollover collision in Tecumseh on Sunday.

Around 4:30pm, a Mazda and a Toyota collided on Hwy. 3 at the intersection of Outer Dr.

The Mazda rolled over and came to a rest on its roof. Police say the driver and lone occupant of the Mazda exhibited signs of impairment and was arrested at the scene.

The 44-year-old is charged with impaired driving and will appear in a Windsor court next month.

Only minor injuries were reported in the crash.

Two men arrested in Tashmoo Ave. standoff

Sarnia police said the investigation began on May 29 after the victim was allegedly attacked by acquaintances at a residence near Tashmoo Avenue and Christopher Drive at Aamjiwnaang First Nation.
