The Windsor Fire and Rescue Service reported the fire at 1616 Goyeau St. on Wednesday around 11:30am.
Fire officials say the blaze started in a basement laundry room, but the cause currently remains undetermined.
No one was injured during the fire.
People in southern Huron and Lambton counties are being told to limit their time outside.
