Submitted by Kyle Revait. Windsor police are investigating a serious collision on Lauzon Rd. between Tranby and Little River Rd.
It happened over the noon hour on Wednesday and involved two vehicles. One person was taken to hospital with potentially life threatening injuries.
The Accident Reconstruction Unit attended the scene and the road was closed for several hours while officers conducted an investigation.
There were initially reports that a pedestrian was struck, but police say no pedestrians were injured.
