Law Catches Up With Suspects

A man and a woman from Windsor have been arrested and charged with 70 offences after a spree of break and enters.

Windsor police say they began investigating nine break and enters at apartment buildings in the city over a four day period in October.  Investigators say many of the break-ins involved stealing vehicles and personal property along with property damage.

A 30-year-old man from Windsor and a 28-year-old Windsor woman are charged with several offences, including possession of stolen property and theft.

New military crosswalk in Sarnia to be unveiled

Two men arrested in Tashmoo Ave. standoff

Sarnia police said the investigation began on May 29 after the victim was allegedly attacked by acquaintances at a residence near Tashmoo Avenue and Christopher Drive at Aamjiwnaang First Nation.
